Terms of Use

The following ToU apply to all of my released UTAUloids.

Derivatives

I do not allow derivatives of any kind to be created from my UTAUloids. If a derivative is created, I will request a removal.

Artwork/Fanworks

Any artwork that has been declared as official is not to be claimed as your own, recoloured, traced or used to create derivatives. The creators of official artwork are credited on my info page.

If any of the above listed things are discovered, legal action will be taken in compliance with the UK laws.

Fanart and fanworks such as headcanons are allowed, though 18+ works and such are strictly prohibited.

Reuploads/Distribution

Reuploads of my songs are not allowed. This includes creating nightcore and anti-nightcore versions of my songs and reuploading them, though remixes/arranges are allowed, as well as covers.

Redistributing my voicebanks without my permission is prohibited. Though, if you'd like to redistribute a voicebank please contact me on my Twitter or Soundcloud to inquire.
